There will be a panel discussion with representatives of the African-American community, Capital District Coalition Against Islamophobia, Capital District SURJ (Showing Up For Racial Justice), the Jewish community, the Latino immigrant community, and the Pride Center of the Capital Region/GLSEN. PNECC pastor Rev. Kate Forer will moderate. Attendees will learn skills for diffusing and healing hate situations, as well as building relationships. The event is free and open to all!
